The Capital Guidance Real Estate group has extensive capabilities in investment, acquisition, asset management, leasing, and development of properties in key real estate sectors of developed and emerging markets, utilising our capital and that entrusted to us by major institutional investors.

We have launched five real estate operating companies and invested over US$ 6 billion in 170 properties on three continents. These are managed by our expert worldwide staff of 300 employees. In the United States, we specialise in developing and enhancing urban retail and mixed-use properties in top-tier markets, while outside the United States, we focus on developing and managing logistics properties for multinational companies that serve burgeoning urban populations in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
